Xemnas' Gang is a large group of the most evilest and/or devious of villains formed by Xemnas with persuasion of the enemies they have on one team and other possible heroes able to stand in their way.
Xemnas started gathering materials and/or fragments from each member who has been eradicated or left to rot and powering himself to bring them back.
Soon it was later Xigbar replaced Xemnas after he disappeared.
Common Goal[]
Each of the villains joined together; seek revenge and destruction on their own enemies and share deep hatred for the entire team after confronting each members; not only their own.
Past Defeats[]
Each of them (except Jeff, Slender Man, and Creeper) has had humiliating defeats in the hands of heroic "children", "idiots", "Goody-Goodies", "Nuisances" "traitors" "nobodies" and/or "meddlesome fools".
Alliance[]
Though each of the members don't get along; per say; they tensionally cooperate on fighting their enemies, and going through succeeding their assignments. They never joined all at once; for each of them joined after seeing how well the team best them when they go solo.
One-by-one, group-by-group, they tended to band together to team up again but even with more ambitions and common interests/goals.
Meetings[]
Every week the "Higher Ranking" members meet up and discuss their plans, missions, territories, and/or targets; and actually maintain their "postures" and "patience" to continue their misdeeds, and crimes.
Random Chairmen[]
Each Chairmen is changed every time and plot certain destruction in certain places and gain whatever materials they need for their plans to eliminate team and other heroes; and dominate all worlds.

Their hatred for the whole team is what drives them to co-operate in their battles and manage to complete certain missions of their own.
