Takashi Komuro (小室孝，Komuro Takashi) is the main protagonist of the anime series Highschool of the Dead. He is a high school second-year and the leader of the main group of survivors from Fujimi Academy, as well as a childhood friend of both and Rei Miyamoto and Saya Takagi. He has strong feelings of love for Rei and also shows a level of attraction to Saeko Busujima. Takashi is not a skilled fighter (at least not when compared to Rei, Saeko, or Kohta Hirano) and his intelligence pales in comparison to Saya's, but, as pointed out by Rei, he makes up for this with his leadership skills.
