Metal Sonic is one of the main antagonists from the Sonic the Hedgehog series, introduced in Sonic CD. Having been created by Dr. Eggman as a robotic copy of Sonic the Hedgehog, he has all of his organic counterpart's speed and power, as well as electric and rocket attacks as well as being able to absorb metal as well as scan his opponents to advance hismelf. Being a frequent adversary for Sonic and his friends, he first kidnapped Amy Rose on Little Planet, and then would reemerge years late as the final opponent for Team Sonic, as Neo Metal Sonic.
