Lloyd is the titular main protagonist of the Japanese light novel series, The White Mage Who was Banished From the Hero's Party is Picked Up by an S-Rank Adventurer: This White Mage is Too Out of the Ordinary! He was part of the Hero’s Party, but got unjustly kicked out by Allen, the "hero". He was later picked up by an S-Rank Party leader, Yui to join her party instead.
Biography[]
Lloyd was an orphan but adopted and raised by Merlin as his adoptive mother.
Lloyd was part of the "Hero's Party". However, he was unfairly kicked out of the party by the "hero" and his future arch-nemesis, Allen, believing Lloyd to be useless. After his dismissal from the Hero Party, he was picked up by an S-Rank adventurer named Yui to join the S-Rank party when she and her party hears that he was kicked from the "Hero's Party" by the despicable hero, Allen. He gives his support magic to his newly party where they became very successful in their quest as well the S-Rank Party couldn't believed that Allen is such an idiot for kicking out a extremely talent support mage like Lloyd. Little did Lloyd know, the Hero Party were struggling and failing in their quest as well one of the members who is a knight, Lina lost her arm, effectively discharged her from the party as well Miya quit the Hero's Party, starting the Hero's Party's collapse because Allen's incompetence and arrogance, which led him to be dismissed as a hero for refusing to take the emergency quest due to Allen being extremely weak and incompetent as well his powers were from Lloyd's support magic.
Lloyd gained praise by the town citizens as well declaring him as their true hero. He already forgiven Lina for Allen's stupid decision to kick Lloyd out of the party because Lina and the others were blinded by Allen's fame and lies. While in their next quests, Lloyd was faced with distrust from the other Hero Party led by the Hero of Destruction, Testa for being Allen's former party member as well telling Lloyd that Allen is weak and arrogant, despite the S-Rank telling them that Lloyd had nothing to do with Allen because he was kicked out for a very stupid reason. Lloyd retrieved a holy staff known as Astarte (originally belong to an ancient sage) as well it choose him as his wielder and boosting his abilities.
Lina (despite losing her arm) joins the S-Rank party same as Lloyd because nobody wants to have Lina in their party for being a one-armed adventurer. To correct her errors and repaying her debt to society in order to regain her trust on Lloyd for Allen's foolishly kicking him out of the hero party when Lina officially lose all of her love and respects for Allen because he caused her to lose her arm. He didn't know Lina would join the adventurer's guild and she became a B-Rank adventurer. They discovered a little baby dragon where they healed it. Lina adopted the baby dragon as her pet named Hinata.
However, Allen attempt to seek revenge on Lloyd for allegedly stealing his glory as a "hero" which he didn't do such a thing because it is Allen's incompetence that caused Allen to be disqualified as a hero in the first place because he is weak and all of his powers were from Lloyd's supporting magic. This whole thing is Allen's doing for his delusions of grandeur and incompetence but little did he know, the Holy Sword doesn't give Allen strength but only choose an individual who has a great potential something that Allen completely wasted for his delusions of grandeur meaning the Holy Sword is useless.
Lloyd later reunited with his mentor, Merlin when she still intend to train Lloyd when she sees the Holy Staff Astarte as she revealed Lloyd is still not experience yet. He was lectured by his mentor that the holy swords only choose those who has potential but doesn't make the wielder powerful as she tells Lloyd that Allen once had tremendous potential but he was washed up.
Lloyd later reunited with Miya (the mage and his previous teammate from Allen's Party) when she (like Lina) apologized to Lloyd and later joined Yui's S-Rank Party and wanting to rebuild her trust in Lloyd after he learned that she quit the formerly Hero Party when she fed up with Allen. He soon meets both Lulu (the archer) and Sheena (the saintess) who also turned on Allen and join the S-Rank Party to stop Allen and put an end to his delusions of grandeur once and for all due to the two (like both Lina and Miya) were also fed up with Allen.

Lloyd is a young man with a blue hair and purple eyes.
He wore a blue top with a black inner shirt. He wore a brown shorts, gloves and boots. He also wears a white robe.
Personality[]
Lloyd is kindhearted person. He is very optimist when he doesn't know his powers are extraordinary.
Lloyd is very forgivable when he already forgives Lina for Allen's foolishly kicking him out which isn't her fault as it is all of Allen's doings. He even forgave Miya and later both Lulu and Sheena when they were wrong about him which he is too kind-hearted to them due to their actions were influenced by Allen. He assured to his former teammates (who now joining the S-Rank Party) that they have nothing to do with his banishment because Allen is an incompetent idiot when he is blinded by his delusions of grandeur.
Abilities and Powers[]
- Supernatural Magic: Lloyd has an incredible magic skills. His support magic has boost his allies to become stronger to easily defeat monsters without any difficulty. He also can used elemental magic. With his newly holy staff, Lloyd's magical abilities has increased further.
- Astarte: Astarte is Lloyd's newly holy staff and main weapon. It was forged by an ancient sage 50 years ago. Its power is equal to a holy sword. It is a living weapon that choose its wielder, deeming worthy as it picked Lloyd as its wielder. However, it rejects those who it deems to be unworthy such as Testa (the hero of destruction) when he tries to check on it of wanting to see it if it's real, which confirmed it as it rejecting Testa of touching it as well those that deemed unworthy to the staff will die.
