Kutou (九頭 Kutō) is the head of the Tower's task force unit whose family has been tasked with serving Fumito Nanahara's family for generations and he protects the Festival from enemies who oppose it. Fumito has enhanced Kutou using magic and he is well trained in hand to hand combat as well as using deadly weapons ranging from swords to guns.

Appearance[]
Kutou is a tall and slim young man with a tanned complexion.
He wears a suit with a grey undershirt and a brown tie. His most striking feature is his tattoo, which takes up the whole left side of his neck and part of his face.
Personality[]
Kutou is mostly a fearless guy who is loyal to Fumito Nanahara. He is also dark and taunting, which is shown with his encounters with Saya Kisaragi.
Story in Blood-C[]
Kuto appears in the beginning of the movie and talks to Fumito Nanahara. He later goes to the school and fights Saya Kisaragi the first time. Then he appears again and gets his arm cut off by Saya (fyi he didn't care). He puts a talisman on his forehead and squeezes his severed arm to pour blood on it (quick trivia: this talisman looks exactly like the one Fumito had in episode 12 of the TV series). He then turns into an Elder Bairn and kills at least two soldiers before going after Saya. Because he is now an Elder Bairn, Saya is able to kill him.
Againts Sora's Team[]
Kutou was hired by Fumito's orders to help Xehanort, even though he worked with Ogura, Akazawa, Sugiura, Kizami, Misuto, Yuto, Diclonius, and other villains but his enemies grew even more many of Sora's team besides Saya Kisaragi, this time he have the strongest enemy is Korosensei, Lelouch, Rolo, Rokuro, Tatsumi, Revy, B.B.Hood, Ange, Kanon, Kimura, Isogai, Karma, Nagisa, Yuuki, Suzaku, Ooyama, Maehara, Itona, Yoichi, Kimizuki, Kanzaki, Yada, Kohinata, Tokisaka, Mochizuki, Keiichi, Inumaru , Ohkawa, Kouichi and other Sora's friend who has the same ability as him that help Saya for attack his, Xemnas' Gang, and Elder Bairns, which made him often fight and shoot when he and some of his men met with them which made him angry especially Tomofusa being a traitor to Fumito and Kuroto who made Tomofusa his rival and a traitor to the organization when Tomofusa against him and him organization, Kutou is Itona's main personal archenemy because Itona knows his attacks by blocking Kutou's shots with Itona's shots when Kutou attacks him and his friends then He and his classmates were the ones who rejected Fumito's principled goals because he and his classmates knew that Saya Kisaragi was suffering because of him and his squad especially Itona really hate him, Fumito, and Fumito's troops, especially when Saya Kisaragi was betrayed by Kanako, Motoe's twin, and Kuroto made Itona went berserk and fought Fumito's Elder Bairns until most of the Elder Bairns were slaughtered by Itona assault slaughter because Itona knew that the Elder Bairns were collaborating with Yanagisawa who had betrayed him before so that Class 3-E knew until Itona know that Saya Kisaragi had suffered because of Fumito and his troops.
