Kotarō Fūma is the legendary shinobi of Sengoku Basara 2.
Description[]
By killing anyone who sees him, he is able to remain a legend. He tends to work as a mercenary for the highest bidder, and as such is seen working for both Ujimasa Hojo and Hisahide Matsunaga.
Kotarō tends to use fast slashes with his dual ninjato combined with kicks. His Basara attack finishes with him hurling his Juji Shuriken at his enemies.
In Sengoku Basara 2, as an NPC, he shares the same moveset as Sasuke.

- 疾 (Swiftly)
- First Appearance: Sengoku Basara 2 Heroes
- Description: Rotating the swords, a void space is created, followed by a rushing slice attack. After level up the number of hits increases.
- Chou
- 跳 (Leap)
- First Appearance: Sengoku Basara 2 Heroes
- Description: Stands in tiptoes with the ninja swords drawn, then kicks enemies skywards. If the skill button is held and then released, he will slash at the enemies neck. In Sengoku Basara 3, if the button is held, he will perform a downward kick. If the kick hits an airborne enemy, Kotarō will slash their neck (Which doesn't do as much damage as one would suspect), if it hits an enemy on the ground, Kotarō will grab them with his legs and spin them around, doing damage to surrounding enemies before he throws them. - Description: The body is changed into countless shurikens, which cut up surrounding enemies. After level up the number of hits and the skill's active time increase. Wind Elemental.

- 絞 (Strangle)

- Description: A blindingly quick combination technique which varies between "Neck Throw" and "Headhunting", depending on the enemy's position; if he's at ground level or in midair.After level up the skill's effectiveness increases. Wind Elemental.
- Sen
- 旋 (Rotation)
- First Appearance: Sengoku Basara 2 Heroes
- Description: Throws especially big shurikens. After Lv. 2, the shurikens can be remotely controlled. At Lv. MAX, the shurikens become huge in size.
Againts Sora's Team[]
Fuma joins Xehanort's team but he becomes an enemy of Class 3-E, and Isogai after Sora, and other Heroes are surprised that Class 3-E, and Isogai can see his attack without seeing the enemy making Matsunaga, Nobunaga, Xehanort, and other Villains surprised that Isogai, and Class 3-E saw the pattern of Fuma's attack tactics which could rival Fuma even though only twenty-eight children could be underestimated but Isogai, and Class 3-E saw the tactics and then read the attack especially Chiba threw his knife at the shuriken then responded with a knife stuck in his rifle fired in response to Fuma's sword attack making Matsunaga, Nobunaga, Mitsuhide, Black Dahlia, and other villains shocked to see Class 3-E's past so the reason Class 3-E has a famous nickname is because of the inner side of Class 3-E, and Isogai is very terrible as a murderous demon more than especially Matsunaga, and other villains are surprised that Class 3-E is a pure evil killer including the killer Junko Enoshima, and Honest so Matsunaga, and other villains call Isogai, and Class 3-E because there is Korosensei, especially Matsunaga, and other villains hate Korosensei because Korosensei is the rebellious side of the villains, especially Matsunaga, and other villains who laughed at Aguri making Class 3-E, Isogai, and Korosensei so that Matsunaga, and other villains withdrew and didn't want to see Class 3-E because Class 3-E, and Korosensei were considered the catastrophe of death to pure evil criminals because of Class 3-E, and Korosensei is their threat, especially Fuma retreats because of Class 3-E, and Isogai is much stronger even though he is only Class-A, and Class-S but Fuma feels that Nagisa, Isogai, Sugino, Itona, Chiba, Kimura, and Mimura are S-Class mainly even though Maehara is A-Class but Fuma feels that Maehara will be much more deadly especially Class 3-E is the threat of his death.
