Hiroto (大翔 (ひろと) Hiroto) is an elementary school student that appears in the first episode of the sixth anime adaption. He is Yūta's classmate and Sōma's younger brother.
Appearance[]
Hiroto is a short boy with short brown messy hair and blue eyes. He often wears a short-sleeved blue T-shirt with a yellow star in between a wide white stripe in the middle over a long-sleeved black shirt, red shorts, blue shoes and white socks.
Personality[]
Hiroto often teases his classmate, Yūta, but he is coward , easier afraid and helper when in dangerous condition.
While on Team Sora, Hiroto and his brother turned drastically kindhearted and friend when Kizami's attack, especially when they met the twin girls Motoe who made fun of Saya for fun thinking that Saya wasn't their friend but a monster from looking at her bodies when they saw them making fun of their friends. whose heart was tormented like insulting Yuta, Hiroto and Souma really hated him then they both hugged him in tears when Saya was in a traumatized state, they promised they would not disturb Yuta and they practiced to make amends to Yuta because he wanted to defend the weak and oppressed
Story[]
Hiroto appears in episode one, teasing his classmate Yūta when he believed that a yōkai was the cause of the recent incident at the Shibuya Crossing, as they and his brother Sōma were walking after school. Mana arrives with them and hits Sōma, rather than Hiroto for teasing Yūta. Yūta suggests that they send a letter to Kitarō, but he and his brother tease him, wondering if he knows where the Yōkai Post is, but Mana finds it with the help of someone online. When they find the Yōkai Post in an alley, they watch as Mana drops the letter in it. After she accidentally slips on a bottle, Hiroto and his brother are gone. He is mention the next day by Mana, as he had been bullying Yūta again to Sōma. In episode two, he and his brother attended "The Batteries"' concert, when suddenly the lights go out and Miage-Nyūdō sends everyone in the stadium to the Spirit World. After Miage-Nyūdō was defeated, everyone who was sent to the Spirit World returns, including Hiroto and his brother, both of whom are confused of what had happened. In episode 12, after the 808 Tanuki managed to takeover Japan's government and instilled their rules, many fell under their influence, including Hiroto and his brother, who wore Tanuki tails to show their allegiance. He and his brother bully a kid supposedly for being anti-tanuki, but are stopped by Mana. They intimidate her, claiming that they will report her to the Gyōbu-Danuki, but decides to leave, stating that they have enough time to bully the kid again. After the defeat of the 808 Tanuki, things return to normal.
Story of Joining Sora's Team[]
Souma and Hiroto are the ones who were saved by Sora and his friends, then when they accidentally meet Kizami who wants to kill him, Yuta, and Souma when he and Yuta, he screams and Yuta tells him to run away, after hearing Souma's rampage which makes Shion, Mion and the others were shocked that he was controlled by the curse of god Ooyashiro, he and his friends managed to stop it, then when they arrived at his friend's destroyed village he saw twin girls who looked like him and Souma but when he and Souma saw him he was furious when he saw those who had exceeded their limits to I then he held the Saw which threatened them both but they both didn't heed then he attacked them both, but luckily Sora, Souma and their friends managed to stop then he cried hard he hugged Souma about this and he understood Kisaragi's feelings, he was given a weapon in the form of Wind elemental wand and defending Kisaragi, finally the Twins motoe was repulsed when his and his brother want friends with her friends finally they're disappear with other villains, he apologized and will not repeat it, and became a good boy, from then on he became self-trained, he is uncomfortable with people who scare him especially Rena who becomes adorable to him, he likes to run away, but he eventually learned that he could redeem himself from then on he and Souma would be willing to join Sora's team wherever they went
