Dulcy the Dragon is a character in Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog franchise.
She is a dragon native to Mobius. Dulcy's mother and the majority of the other Dragons were roboticized after Dr. Ivo Robotnik began his global takeover, leaving Dulcy as an orphan. After befriending Sally Acorn and Sonic the Hedgehog, Dulcy assisted the Knothole Freedom Fighters on numerous occasions. Dulcy since returned to her people and redeemed herself by preventing Dr. Eggman's invasion of Vesuvio, becoming the ambassador of Vesuvio for the rest of the outside world.
Appearance[]
Dulcy is a tall teal-green and pink dragon with a thin and slender body and a long tail. She has pointy golden horns on her head and her wings have pink coloring on the underside. She wears a blue gown with black shoulder pads and a black belt with a blue cloth hanging from the front, black pants, blue and gold gauntlets, and blue, white and gold boots.
Personality and traits[]
Dulcy is generally well-meaning, respectful, and determined, but she can slightly get nervous quickly, and a little bit paranoid when trying to explain herself.
Powers and abilities[]
Dulcy is capable of breathing fire and ice, and possesses the power of flight. She also seems possess some degree of combat skill.

Trivia[]
- Dulcy's general appearance is based off of European depictions of dragons; notably, the leathery wings and scaly skin.
- It is unknown how Dulcy was able to use her fire breath to destroy the asteroid, as Sonic the Hedgehog #155 established that she had lost that ability after Sonic the Hedgehog #29, adding that she had not once used her fire breath since that issue. The writers most likely accidentally overlooked Sonic the Hedgehog #68, creating a minor plot hole.
