Akita Oga (男鹿 アキタ) is one of the main heroes of Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion THE ANIMATION.

Appearance[]
Akita's main attires consists resene dark crimson t-shirt, a red vest, a long pants and a pair of brown shoes. When driving the Shinkalion E6 Komachi, Akita wears a full red bodysuit with white sections and black arrow, and a set of headphones with glowing red lines.
Personality[]
Akita is a quiet and calm individual who doesn't take fools kindly, a stark contrast to Hayato's naïve and talkative excitable nature. Although he has a loose interest in the railways due to being a Shinkalion driver, Akita is much more of a gun enthusiast; having been taught how to hunt by his father and grandfather at a young age, Akita excels in riflery and is a high-class competitive laser rifle shooter, receiving top marks in competitions around Japan. This also makes him highly respectful of the outdoors, and he is adept at surviving out in the wild.
Akita is also secretly a sweets enthusiast, able to name several foreign chocolates in addition to keeping a piece of candy with him.
Despite seeming slightly aloof, Akita is still a child, and is not above certain behaviors that Hayato or Tsuranaki are prone to. Due to growing up in an area close to Shinobu's hometown, the two get along very well despite small conflicts. Akita also speaks with Tōhoku accent almost exclusively when paired with Shinobu, though unlike the latter he can choose not to use it, often speaking regularly when with everyone else.
