Agent Eekhout is a minor antagonist from the manga and anime series, The Kingdom of Ruin. He is an executive of the Redia Empire and a member of the National Security Bureau (NSB). He was assigned to investigate the situation at Mayhem Internment Camp and locate Adonis, an boy who was an apprentice of the infamous witch, Chloe Morgan and imprisoned a decade ago, who has escaped from his prison.
Appearance[]
Eekhout has the appearance of a young with turquoise eyes and messy blond hair and wears the military uniform of the NSB, comprising a dark green bonnet with a golden emblem and a long dark green cape covering the rest of his body with shoulder marks orning his shoulders and stars on his collar. When ready for battle, Eekhout takes off his cape, revealing his mechanical-like body, and activates a gadget at the back of his head to cover his eyes.
Personality[]
Eekhout acts confident and cheerful. He does his job out of his own pleasure to kill others, such as all the imprisoned witches who tried to escape, as well as a few other members of the empire. He also speaks out of his disappointment in killing Dodora.
Biography[]
The director of the NSB, Executive Yamato assigns him to head over to Mayhem Internment Camp and reports him the situation. He reassures him of his task and heads over for battle. Moments later, he is talking on the phone with the director after he killed every prisoner and reports that the boy, Adonis, is nowhere to be found there. He also kills the Mayhem Camp chief, Palpol, and his two men, after learning that they are responsible for the jailbreak at Mayhem Internment Camp.
Later on a tower, he observes from far away and reports to the director that Adonis is found on the palm of the giant rampaging the city. Soon after from the same location, he snipes Doroka who was trying to befriend Adonis, and speaks out of his own disappointment that is not two for one.
He observes the death of other soldiers who tried to hit Adonis with bullets but Adonis simply reverted back the bullets at them. Declaring him to die, he snipes him from the roof but is surprised to see him intact and could not believe that he sent back the bullet at him into a building size. Unable to react in time, his torso is blown away by the bullet sent back by Adonis.

Eekhout was resurrected to be a member of Xehanort especially He was Itsuki Kawasumi's natural enemy after Kawasumi found out that He worked as a chairman to lead his party colleagues who betrayed him especially He was allied with Malty, Nurarihyon, Lila, Natsuko, King, Yanagisawa, Relius, Yuuki Terumi, Black Dahlia, Brain Drain, Kaho, Kensaku Ono, Medici Mafia, and other villains who made Marie, Peacock, Class 3-E, Leduc, Rokuro, Kitaro, Ren, Itsuki, Naofumi, and other heroes already know from the start that he was in an alliance with the people closest to them who betrayed them in Xehanort team, Itsuki sees him as his old self but looks even crazier especially his relationship with Itsuki is very antagonistic because Itsuki feels that he looks like Motoyasu especially Itsuki doesn't like his presence because he joins Rojeel, Mald, Spear Girl, and Welst as a wave army.
